SEWP OVERVIEW
NASA SEWP (Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement), pronounced “soup”, provides Information Technology, Communication, and Audio-Visual (ITC/AV) solutions and services for Federal Agencies and their approved contractors. SEWP is a Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) and is sefl-funded through usage fees. The SEWP VI surcharge is 0.34%.

A.1.13 FAIR OPPORTUNITY
Contractors will be provided a fair opportunity at the individual order level as appropriate under FAR Part 16.505(b), including the SEWP RFQ tools. The issuing procurement office maintains the required order-selection documentation.
For RFQs and Market Research Requests, NTG may quote only items available on its SEWP contract and at prices no greater than the SEWP database of record. If NTG cannot fully respond to a formal RFQ, NTG will submit a No Bid unless partial quotes are permitted.
